Scaife shows explosiveness during GASO Fall Classic

The 2015-2016 season is taking off to a great start for Bishop Lynch’s 2017 CG #2 Chris Scaife. The Friars participated in the GASO’s Fall Classic in Duncanville, Texas on Saturday, September 19th.
Scaife showed aggressiveness and great explosiveness as he drove to the basket, knocking down 3’s and played with confidence during the first game against Arlington High School. However, during the second game against Hartsville High School at Bob Knight Fieldhouse, Scaife loosen up even more and begin to play with even more confidence and seemed to just be enjoying the game. He knocked down a 3 from the wing, then came down and drove to the basket to pulled up a floater and then finished it off with a 3 from the corner.
Scaife would finish the two games averaging 11 ppg, 4 rpg, 2.5 apg, 1.5 spg and 1 bpg. Not a bad way to start off the season.
Scaife’s goal for the 2015-2016 season is to average at least 18ppg, 5rpg, 5apg, 3TO’s or less a game. He also wants to see his shooting at 45-50% from 3 and 80-90% from the free throw line. With hard work and dedication that is achievable.
