First Unofficial College Visit – Arkansas Strong!

Check out photos from Chris’ first unofficial college visit to University of Arkansas-Fayetteville on Saturday, January 18, 2015. Chris met with coaches: Mike Anderson, Head Coach, TJ Cleveland, Assistant Coach and Coach Melvin Watkins, Associate Coach. He also got the opportunity to meet and talk to the legendary Arkansas Head Coach, Nolan Richardson, former Razorbacks and former NBA players Lee Mayberry and Scotty Thurman.

During the visit, Chris also toured the Razorback Hall of Fame, met with the Athletic Academic Advisor Justin Johnson who talked to him about the available majors, academics, tutoring for athletics, the type of community service projects athletes participate in, and much more. Chris also had the opportunity to tour the Razorback Athletic Academic Center and learned that the new Academic Center (scheduled to open in August 2015) will be bigger and better than what they currently have available.

Chris was able to attend the pre-game practice and meet some of the current players. This was a great visit and great opportunity to experience the college campus and learn about the many opportunities a student-athlete has in Razorback country. Chris is looking forward to many more unofficial visits in the near future.
